    I built and run SolveMY, a marketplace on web, Android and iOS, from the database to the app stores.

    Reproduce first.

    On unmodified code, at the exact versions the branch pins. A stale environment lies.

  2. 02

    Prove the cause.

    A log line by correlation id, the real DB row, the message on the queue. Then design.

  3. 03

    Smallest change, right layer.

    Extend what exists, check every caller, count the cost on the hot path.

  4. 04

    Write down the deploy order.

    Libraries before apps, strict consumers before producers, Notes for QA on every ticket.
